Mitchell lead a team in the West in scoring and played with no all stars

Ben after being drafted a Year before every other rookie and already establishing strong chemistry with his teammates, played with an allstar in Embiid

Utah lost Hayward and Gobert was injured most of the year, Rubio never made the playoffs in Minny and the rest of that roster is pretty average, he still led the Jazz to the 5th seed, Tatum is the best player but Mitchell should of got it

He kept them in contention while playing with Joe Ingles and Ekpe Udoh in the west as a first year player, he deserves it

I probably wasn't around then but I was saying the same shit when Blake won. Them niggas not really rookies IMO. They sat out a season but at the same time they practiced against pros, traveled with the team and got professional help for a whole season and they're being judged against players who got none of that experience. For that I think Donovan Mitchell should've won it.
