Me and my wife is about to buy a home. My dads wife is a big time realtor in LA so she is giving me the run down of the DFW and the housing market and she let me know that folks that dont have any major bills or kids can but a good house in most of the DFW especially Tarrent County and plenty in Dallas county

She like the shit so much that she flew down here last month looking to buy a few doubles. Ended up getting a 4plex or whatever its called in NOLA but next year they coming to get a few spots here next year
 
Generalizations, blanket statements, are vey detrimental whenever it comes to any type of discussion. How is she going to say what has to change or what must be fixed amongst black men, but in the same breath you say something negative.

A lot of positive black love out here but they choose to ignore it and shine light on this tearing the black man down agenda, praising the white man while pushing swirling.

The 3LW girl was right with what she was about to say and what some of you in this thread was saying, that cheating isn't exclusive to black men but Loni cut her off so obviously she hurt.

Loni reminds me of K. Michelle. Another woman who cant be with the man she wants to be with so she takes her frustrations out on black men.

Men can always produce sperm but the older you get the less quality. Higher chance of your kid having mental issues. Plus ain’t many 60 year old can handle newborns
