"sounds like"? It's the #1 racist Chinese character lol. Fu Manchu is basically Sambo to Chinese people and they were very aware of this and PISSED about it online. It's definitely part of why Shang Chi never saw theaters in China. Putting him in this trailer was very intentional, they're probably hoping they can use Doomsday as a soft relaunch for the character that gets him in Chinese theaters. You can be sure they put DON'T SAY SHIT ABOUT CHINA'S GOVERNMENT OR POLITICS in big bold letters on Simu Liu's contract lmao
