Jus watched

Kinda reminded me of Boyhood mixed w Charlie Brown

It starts off w Jazzy being 6 and ends w her as a preteen

The whole 1st hour is only kids. If there is an adult in the scene they are either out of frame or out of focus. We see everything thru the eyes of a child.

Almost felt more docu-drama than a film in parts. The end credits actually say the film is based off stories of the 2 main child actresses in this so it makes sense why it felt genuine.

Its a slow burn but i enjoyed it. My daughter is 6 and it reminded me alot of her and her best friend. Love your kids and raise em right. Childhood flys by too quick. 😢

Had no idea this was a spinoff from another film. I liked this, a story about childhood and growing up. Dealing with loss and independence, showing the different phases that can happen in a friendship. I wish there was more narrative to it cause it feels like a collage of memories.

South Dakota looks beautiful and depressing to live in at the same time lol. I need to try fry bread. Poor Landon took a L
