OPINION Is Marvel's Black Panther movie really a "special moment" for Black America??

And Im not saying that Killmonger's character intentionally sought to senselessly murder black women I'm saying ppl who identify with this character are attracted to that idea and have made it a thing in their own minds. Its the punishment they'd love to administer for feminism, and child support, and welfare and every other thing they think we colluded with white people on to betray them

You’re just putting more details into what I already said in the post you quoted. And secondly...

Look at the bold. You had an issue with Killmonger killing his girlfriend over what he believed in but Okoye can potentially kill the love of her life and that’s understandable? What’s the difference?

The difference is Killmonger killed his girl because he's a killer and his girl became a liability in that moment...Okoye threatened her man because he was already trying to take her and her team out. Huge difference

I had to fall back for a second cause I wasn't about to keep repeating myself.

Bottom line, you can't conflate the issues of planning and methods. If you don't like the idea of white people dying, fine. But just because you don't like it doesn't mean there's no plan outside of that.

I never said he didn't have a plan outside of that. I said it wasn't a well thought out plan and was going to most likely fail in the long term

Saw this last night and I loved it. I liked the humor and the action. Loved the story line.

I’m not a movie watcher at all, so I was a little skeptical but I’m damn happy I went. I wouldn’t mind seeing it again either.

Killmonger girl is a killer too remember she’s an accessory in a murder and god knows what else she’s done off camera. No difference.

That was a made up story. I saw many posts, more than I would have liked to have seen, and every black woman who commented on it said they didn't give a damn who he was dating.

Bill Maher just had a mini monolog on non-news stories. Very relevant to your post.

I wasn't talking about a story. I was talking about females I heard say the shit. That said, they may have been reacting to the fake story.

Negro, do you even know wtf you're talking about? It must be exhausting to see the worst in your own kind 25/8. Do you take a day off wit this bullshit?

Black men, AND WOMEN, have resonated with Killmonger because he was entrenched in a struggle that mirrors our own. And he's a dope villain. That's it.

All that other shit you talkin bout is on some "woopty woo" shit.

I would call you a wannabe Angela Davis, but she's too light skinned for you, jack.

@HellCzar Yea, keep hitting those reactions, player. Lord knows that's all you're good for. Every time you try to articulate yourself beyond a few words, you just gimme a fuckin headache.

Following ol' girl around like a puppy with its nose up her ass.

Lmao. Foh, bruh.
