Which is why I'm looking at this skeptically. Too good to be true. Definitely gotta see wit my own eyes what it's like in person. Also the area it's in.

We actually drove by there. Neighborhood aiight. I got like a senior citizen neighbors vibe tho.

Gave me very limited information in writing and when I insisted on more details, gave me inaccurate and sometimes down right false information, but only in person so nothing can be proven.

Had I not checked into county development record I might have already put down a deposit and it would have been a huge mistake.

Wow. Now that's fucc'd up.

We checked out a house last week...smh. That shyt was not space or height friendly. Talkin wit the realtor who's selling the house and we told him who our agent was. Dude chuckled and said "Oh yeah...she's an MMA fighter"

I guess our agent wasn't bs'n about her not taking any nonsense from these companies. Apparently she got a reputation. Lol
 
This one isn't too bad. Guess I gotta check it out in person. Especially see what the neighborhood looks like.
