Good choice they got 3 of them in the DC area.

My choice would be Komi DC. They don't have a menu EVER. You just tell the waiter what your allergies are when you make your reservation. They will take your reservation if they can accommodate your allergies. You can also tell the you don't eat pork and shit like that. Then they just start bringing out what the chef prepares some small plates some larger plates. You get about 10 courses. Some of them are just one bite type of foods. I think not knowing what dish was coming out next made it a great experience. That was the best restaurant food I've ever had.
