Latinos come in and work for pennies on the dollar, that's the whole thing. It's not that we won't do it but we demand to be fairly compensated

Many don’t understand this or have been fortunate enough not to have to deal with this. I’ve had several first hand experiences with this when it came time to search for a different companies when the work slows down. They wanna pay you like a Juan meanwhile expect you do your job plus others but don’t wanna pay a liveable wage. Never been afraid to say no.. I tell them my wage is thats around where we need to be at or it won’t be me hiring on and doing the work.
