Been doin 100 pushup each morning since this thread.

I've done 200-300 each day for the last two months:

1st 100 goes
40 x 1 set
30 x 2 sets

2nd 100 goes
35 x 2 sets
30 x 1 set

If I decide to go for 300, repeat.

I travel so much and at times I don’t get to my hotel until late so I’ve been trying to do some pushups before bed. Shooting for 100 every night
