What's the defense's point here? How does Cassie not wanting it known that she was in the freakoffs help Puff's case? To me this only seems to strengthen the case that she wasn't a completely willing participant.

I read that it shows she was a willing participant because she was WILLING to use his power and influenece to suggest she would kill and and PUFFS people would also kill em. like your supposed to be scared and terrified yet WILLING to use the same means

Cassie isn't on trial. That only reinforces the prosecutions point that people were scared to not do his bidding.

She's not on trial so that doesn't really matter. It actually reinforces the idea that Puff had people willing to do his bidding

Nigga hold a gun to your head for your wallet. Let's see how willing you'll be to give it to him

Sigh.....they had 3-4 witnesses BUT the defense decided to pull them. In legal terms this is probably a good thing because the defense may think they've already won.

Also they can still put the witnesses on the stand. They probably think they have the win OR they're doing this to throw a wrench in the Prosecution case and may add the witnesses later.
