Picked this up at Costco and mane its nice. Got it at Costco for like 14 dollars or so. Has a drain plug and a cutting board, 3 different levels to set it at.

Im gonna be smoking ribs and grill some jerk chicken for my get together this Saturday
My kids have demanded that I limit the grillin' to hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, and either chicken or ribs, but not both.

The last few times I've pulled the grill out I overcooked like crazy and by day 3 of eatin' leftover BBQ my son is like

If you dont have one, get your self a food vacuum seal. Then freeze the food. I use mine all the time. I always make more food then I need and put most in the freezer for later.

Checked all of them. Plenty of gas grills, but barely any charcoal joints. I even checked Menards, Ace, and Meijer: Nope.

Edit: Walmart did have plenty of their po folk poverty grills tho.

Man I've been noticing most them places be pushing them gas grills a lot more. That's all you see on display. So I can understand why its hard to find the charcoal ones.

Does your food get that smoke flavor even covered in aluminum?
The shrimp does cause it stay out a lil longer. Can't really say on the salmon I have some planks but only used em once most folks like the marinade I use and the foil keeps it in with out spilling every where. Well same for the shrimp but I use charcoal and wood so there's that. Sorry short answer yes

As long as you leave the top open on the foil, yes.

I cop these from Kroger when I'm gonna grill:

I throw 'em on the grill kinda early in my cooking process 'cause I snack on 'em when they're done. I throw them in some foil just like @Banginscrew901 in his pics and let them shits cook for a good while. Once they're done, these shits are good as fuck with a nice, rich smoky flavor to 'em.
