I had found out about this some years ago thanks to a YT video/mini-doc going over some of Dilla's beats. Crazy to think how mans heard them singing "Claire" and decided to slow the shit down to approximate "players" and just stuck the shit in there and nobody noticed until they found the sample.
This one I'll always find dope as fuck: Two songs, polar opposites of the Hip Hop spectrum, both sample the same song and use two completely different sections to get a different vibe:

Seals and Crofts made my favorite song of all time "Summer Breeze". I should have always known where this sample came from, but I hadn't heard this album until I was good and grown (in my 30's).
