The bold is where strong negotiating comes in at. They have everything they need to get at the very least what Kelly was getting paid. They have ratings on their side and they know if they offered anything less that NBC has the money to pay them more cause they gave it to Kelly. Tammron Hall & Al Roker should tell NBC to get the fuck out they face if they don't give them at the very least 23Mill to split down the middle. That only depends on what they were making before they were let go or given a demotion for Kelly.

Hall and Roker in a really good negotiating spot IMO.

Former NBC host Megyn Kelly is reportedly resisting signing non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreements as NBC officials and her lawyer, Hollywood litigator Bryan Freedman, and NBC duke it out over Kelly’s departure negotiations, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Freedman is also reportedly pushing to get the total remainder of Kelly’s three-year, $69 million contract with the network, of which she has a little over a year left.

NBC announced Kelly’s departure last week and said the time slot for her show, “Megyn Kelly Today,” would be staffed by “Today” show anchors for the time being. While the official circumstances surrounding Kelly’s ousting are unclear, the move came just days after she apologized on-air for not understanding the racist roots of blackface makeup.

Lachlan Murdoch Shoots Down Idea of Megyn Kelly-Fox News Reunion

Co-chair of Fox Lachlah Murdoch announced today that former Fox News star Megyn Kelly is not returning to the cable news network after her fallout with NBC.

“Look, I’m a big fan of Megyn’s. I like her a lot. We didn’t want her to leave Fox when she did,” Murdoch said today while at a New York Times event. “Having said that, I’m very happy with our current lineup on Fox and we won’t be making any changes there.”

After a reporter asked Murdoch if he saw Kelly as “damaged” since she made the comments defending blackface, he said “I think she is.”

Kelly going back to Fox News never appeared to be a likely move, but that didn’t stop Fox News correspondent Geraldo Rivera from publicly calling for her return to his network.



Kelly is currently battling NBC over the terms of her departure from the network. The on-air personality’s lawyer even accused NBC of releasing false stories about her, which the network denies.
