Spending 70k on a.. man

I'll teach you how to stunt
My wrists stay rocked up
My TV's pop up in a Maybach benz
I'll teach you how to stunt
Nigga you can't see me
My Bentley GT got smoke-gray tints
I'll teach you how to stunt
My neck stay blinging, my rims stay gleaming, I'm shining man
I'll teach you how to stunt
I see you scheming, nigga keep on dreaming, I hurt ya mans
I'll teach you how to stunt

[Verse 1: 50 Cent]
Seven series BM, six series benz
Twenty-four inches, Giovanni rims
R1 one wheel when I'm on one of them
Ma, that boy out there actin a fool that's him
They say I've changed man, I'm getting paper, I'm flashy
They like me better when I'm fucked up and ashy
My royalty check's the rebirth of Liberace
Stunt so hard, everybody got to watch me
And I don't really care if it's platinum or white gold
As long as the VS bling, look at that light show
In the hood they say 50 man your sneaker look right yo
Just can't believe Reebok did a deal with a psycho
Banks is a sure thing, yall niggas might blow
I'm fin to drop that, so I suggest you lay low
Buck, he from Cashville, Ten-a-key nigga
We getting them ten a ki, save ten for me nigga

"riight"

Yall missed the key bar of that quote, ownership and entrepreneurship.

Same with:

I took quarter water sold it in bottles for 2 bucks
Coca-Cola came and bought it for billions, what the fuck?

Guns n Butter

You niggin hard today my brother...

To get this topic back on track ---

Ridin' Dirty is a classic, it's one of those albums that shows and represent an entire region in a album and show how we were feeling, living and breathing in the south -- even the beats are timeless ... Cultural wise it help bring the south into the forefront as a legit hip hop scene.....UGK was basically the southern version of Scholly D and Kool G Rap ....Geto Boys were our NWA so to speak, shit I remember used to get into arguments with folks in Jaxtown (Jackson) when my classmates would go to MetroCenter (near JSU) Mall and argue with JSU students about which was the better duo -- UGK or Ball & G ...OutKast was still starting to to join that conversation (this was between SouthPlayastic and Atliens timeline) ...

Niggas hating on the Trill!!!!

Bout to fuck around and turn this into a UGK appreciation thread.

Something that has always tripped me out is the disconnect between everyday east coast niggas and east coast emcees. East coast rappers highly respect UGK and none of em would ever say some blasphemous shit talking bout Ridin Dirty ain't a hip hop classic. Not every east coast nigga got a grudge against the South but some of yall are still on that bullshit.

Jay was selling a Milli with backing from Def Jam or whoever.

Independent Labels

CMR. (BG, Juvie, Big Tymers)

Rap A Lot ( Big Mike, UGK, Face, Devin)

Suave House (Tela, 8ball and MJG)

NL (Tru, Silk, P, Kane and Abel, Serv-On etc)

These record labels and the artists were going Gold with no backing, so why would one need a Jay package when these dudes were Dayum near doing Jay numbers independently?

Who needed a Jay, who couldn't go pass a Milli when he droppd his records and the nigga live in NYC, more ppl Lol.

If you really wanna dive deep into rap ask yourself why UGK, Pimp didn't want to do a record with Jay Lol. If someone needs someone to gain attention from, they would be quick to jump on the opportunity to do something with the one that's this so called star.

Research Pimp feelings towards jumping on a song with Jay Lol.

Them niggas ain't need a cosign from no Jay when they were doing dayum near the same numbers as Jay who was getting backing from a major
