Honestly, I don't know how you handle shit like this. We know that some corporations just flat out have racist policies and promote racism through all their operations. However, we also know that there are simply a lot of racists out there in this country, and it stands to reason that any big national company, will employ racists at various positions. When shit like this happens, it's hard to tell which scenario is true. The only thing you can really do is peep how the company responds. I don't know shit about Starbucks so I can't say. But if the people in the know have heard about the incidents and don't believe Starbucks has done anything at all to address the incidents, I gotta believe the problem is with Starbucks and not just their hiring pool.
