I think part of the problem is the information is being put out there so haphazardly (and that may be on purpose) that it's overwhelming to figure out what's real. Like content creators are using these files for click bait. I've seen several post/videos use "Obama was mentioned 2000 times in the Epstein files" when the reason Obama's name mentioned is because Epstein was having conversations about him with other people.
There is no media outlet that I have seen that has made a concise report on what people should actually focus on.
