Depending on the state and their age of consent laws he's not wrong unfortunately. I didn't know they basically hit Epstein with a prostitution charge.
In FL where he was charged they about multiple underage girls ready to testify but for whatever reason they never got a chance to so he would get harsher charges.
The brand new Atty General of FL had the chance to bring that case back up to Epstein and get charged properly but the Atty General declined to do so
