maybe sometimes people are not ready to hear what they need to hear vs what the think they want to hear.

I'm not putting him in the same category as any of those guys. I'm just not blind to the fact that race played a role in his case and always plays a role in these situations, whether the person is guilty or innocence.

The amount of people before him that are just as guilty but never faced the same heat and still get celebrated in certain circles. But Cosby is the poster boy for rapist?

Its not about defending him because I'm not. I want consistency and I'm not seeing it because it's not happening.

What you are saying and what i've seen some others say over the years for this is different. Calling for equal justice is good. This case, among others, has once again shown that there is a double standard in how these cases are handled both in the legal system and the court of public opinion. The problem though is you have some advocating that "Well why convict him if you let person A get off" which is stupid. It may seem logical on it's head, but essentially all that is doing is arguing for no justice at all instead of proper justice.

There is no system in place that will protect a drug dealer or criminal in places where black people live. But there is a system in place that will fuck over a black man with bogus charges as we're seeing with Cosby, a system that will help police officers get away with killing us, a system that creates laws and bills that subjugate black people. Why are black people condemned by rap music yet Timmy that shoot up the school who plays Fortnite and Call of duty why aren't those video games demonized like rap music? Exactly. I speak about having a code and one of the rules of having a code is never speaking down on your people in front of others.
