I only ask cuz I mean his head aint chopped off, he aint burnt, I thought there were only a few ways to truly kill a vampire. Sure a chunk of his skull is off but Louis was dropped from the sky and he recovered lol. Unless the rules are different for Enkil and Akasha.

And if hes truly dead then it aint THOSE who must be kept its She who must be kept
