Miami can't use the $15 mil mle because you guys only have 10 players on the roster as of today and are $18-19 mill under the 1st apron hard cap. So assuming you sign your 2nd round pick + 3players to reach the minimum roster count ($7-9mil) that leaves you with $11mil and change to spend at best.
Only way to get out of it is trading Wiggins and/or jovic for multiple players while taking on less salary, trading one or both of them to another team willing to absorb their entire salary or Wiggins opts out and restructures his contract to take less salary or backload a new deal.
As of right now yall don't have $5 and $10 million contracts to offer any two players.
