2026: Back to the randomness

Saw this black dude downtown yesterday walking with this little white girl.....

And it made me kinda appreciate how far we came in life. Like I don't know their relationship at all.... And that's the whole point. 50-60 years ago, people would have pressed them, and likely beat the shit outta that black man thinking he kidnapped that little girl. And it looked like he was just walking with his grandkid or niece or something.

It still caught me off guard, cuz this little girl was white white, like blond hair white. But it felt good to just be able to see that, and just mind my business. I didn't fear for the man or the child. We just don't live in that world anymore.

Somebody prolly still said something to them though. 🤕

I ain't gonna lie, it always looks weird to me seeing a man of one race alone with kids of another race.

I think that’s cause of the patriarchy in a way. Like the sheer amount of men that join blue color jobs is because the thing that’s the easiest for us. Being physically strong and focused on an objective. Just is the easiest route to money and not having to really understand yourself. Just locking into what society says you are supposed to be most obviously good at.

Same thing with women in the medical field. Society has dictated that the most obvious thing they should be good at is tending to others and administrative work. But like a lot of men realize working blue collar jobs. The toll it takes physicallly and mentally isn’t worth the paycheck.

A lot of nurses I have known, come to that same understanding in the medical field. Just because you are adept to something. Doesn’t mean that, it’s what you should be doing. I really enjoy when I see women on construction crews or in spaces commonly seen as all male spaces. Like yea, do something different. Do something that fits you, not your gender

I got uncles and both male and female cousins who are nurses

I wish I had tried to get into IT healthcare when I was much younger

Bro as a man of faith. One thing I’ve learned. God made me in such a way that I can do anything. I’m rarely afraid of anything when I am driven. That’s a gift and curse. Something’s have their time, have their place. And if you don’t learn to know when something is in alignment with you. You live a life of accomplishment but unalignment.

Accomplishment without presence is, is a troubled existence. Look no further than men like Elon Musk, Kanye, and others who literally have the 3-D world by the balls and act like they have nothing.

I don’t want that existence. I want to be where god has designed me to be, when I am designed to be there. No moment sooner, moment later. So I can be there. As the person who can experience being there.
 
All I was going to say was that an idea without the hard work to set it in place is just an idea. You have a lotta ideas, you just gotta find the drive to put the work in to see it find into fruition.

Lotta people have good ideas that they sit on forever, for a multitude of reasons. So whenever I hear I good idea, I'm wired to start thinking of the steps that it would take to bring it to life. Mainly cuz I wanna see people set out to do the things they dream about.

The work doesn't come to you the same way the ideas do.

My work is tied to my motivation, my motivation is tied to my enjoyment in doing it. If I ignore that key element. When I accomplish what I set out to accomplish. That’s the only thing that is finite. Work produces results. But what are results without the ability to enjoy the road getting there? Right now, everything I have is what a 20 year old me was dreaming of. I hated the path and had little fun.

So the reward of having feels hollow. That’s not a flaw, that’s a lesson on how to proceed going forward. For me..for me though. Everyone has their own design. Some people like it different.
 
It’s like in Rick and Morty. If Rick actually had fun and embraced this journey looking for the Rick that killed his wife. Killing that Rick wouldn’t have felt so hollow. Real life shit is everywhere around us. Even in a cartoon.

I remember when it was a big deal that they said a curse word on the Simpsons.

Now I can watch a grown man fuck a pool machine and not even see a clip about it on social media. The times we are living in
