Its about replacing the contract with cheaper replacement level talent

Thats how their pipeline works

Chet, Shai and Williams are going to be the only constants


But yeah they can attach Topic or McCain to Dort or whoever going forward which is smart.....its better to give a player who might be perceived as having first round value than an actual pick imo
