Next the core of what you're misunderstanding is that young players, shut even other veterans are more keen to respect the older veteran that is going through the grind with them. Going through tough training camps, practices, studying tape, late night flights, on the bench in game cheering them on and giving guidance in real time, someone in the trenches with them.

Its a difference between Toronto, Houston and even Washington are run than New Orleans. You not understanding what you should understand is a you issue.

I understand why they Pistons did what they did but the entire Jaden Ivey experience in Detroit was unfortunate

Monty Williams tried to ruin his career, other prospects drafted that are valued higher, devastating injury....never truly got going, everytime he would have a nice stretch and start putting it all together something would happen



Trading the number 5 overall pick pick 4 years later for basically a pick swap is tough
 
Warriors should trade Dray only if leads to Giannis. Might as well just ride the next year and some change out with him and Curry. Hopefully Steph doesnt retire and just gets away from Joe "Jerry Krause" Lacob.
