that ls the annoying thing

I too think the rebound would be pretty quick

It’s hard for me to split it between Spo and Front office because the organization runs like a brain trust/homogenous organism

It’s Mickey and Nick Arison caring about playoff profits because they are cheap, it’s Pat and Elisburg never wanting to move players when their value is high but always wanting to give away cheap players to catch a player who’s valuable but their value is low in the moment to give up the least amount of assets as possible

It’s Spo for not being as vocal

When everybody moves like one unit their is no accountability and nobody to take them to task

It’s hard when everybody has been here for decades and if they do add someone they convert them to the cult to adopt the culture mindset

It’s everybody

Why the fuck is bam on this team still? Because he’s the captain? This is the first organization that I’ve seen care about that shit this much. Because he plays defense really well? Because he’s been here since Wade and gave no problems like butler?
Wiggins, one of Herro or Powell (I won’t be greedy) and bam better be off this team by the draft

I think its because the East has been open for the most part....granted the Celtics had been running things up until post season but the belief was that other spots in the conference finals was up for grabs and even more so this season with both spots being available....I think Miami truly felt like weren't far away from being in the conference finals with this roster which is a bit delusional but at the sametime I can see how watching the Pacers can make you feel a bit overconfident in what you have from an ownership/front office perspective

Miami would shake back so fast if and would maybe sacrifice a year or two at most just to reset things. Its not like you have to change over your coaching staff and front office

They are stubborn man and they sip their own kool-Aid too much

I broke free from their indoctrination since the days they started calling players Heat lifers to throw shots at Lebron

On the low Fox has been very inconsistent and not shooting great

I know the Spurs are playing well and having a great start to the season but I maintain they should be looking to get off that Fox contract sooner than later....not saying it has to be pressure to move him tomorrow but this is one of those situations that I would try to be prudent about and have some foresight

Max strus been out all year and you got me backing up sam Merrill yeah I'd want to get tf outta there too. Stop playing with me. Lol.

He's one of the many reasons why they're as soft as they are

One of the least physical 6"8 players Ive ever seen

Deandre Hunter is a slight tier below oRJ Barrett overall but he’s better defensively

either way fuck em
Rj has actually been much better defensively this year and is still shooting well with less touches. He's put the front office in a tough spot.
