That's fair and understandable

I always thought with the combination of having all of your picks and those contracts yall would eventually be on the hunt to clean up the books and make the finances a little more manageable

Its weird because while I can now admit it was an overpay based on what I've seen this season its a flat rate deal so over time as the cap increases it becomes more palatable.

Also with poetl the last year of his extension is only $5 mil guaranteed if he doesn't play 1400 minutes per season leading up to it. I discovered that the other day. Shout out spotrac.
I never had a problem with his extension but in hindsight we could have and should have waited to do it. We ended up outbidding ourselves then running into some bad injury luck.
