It’s more than that but that was him asking to be sacked.

They wanted him to be more flexible with the formation. He got mad, hence “I am a manager, not a coach” but they also only willing to buy players that can play different formations not specialist 343 players like wing backs.

He wanted Watkins as main striker, they bought Sesko which I said at the time we should have just kept Rasmus. So he feels he has not been backed but when he was asked to leave Sporting, the promises were different.
