I run an investment fund with a large book of business. We had perhaps our best year in 2020. I'm financing people's first homes, some who are minorities.
I don't have the time to run a message board so I rarely if ever post outside of the PPM or even reply to PMs.
End of year pop threads are nice but this aint it. I don’t care end of the day cuz it's in good jest.
