My resolution was to leave my ex alone.
I have not talked to him since last year.

It's hard because we were still close after the breakup but I just couldn't take the stress anymore.

everyday I work at keeping my distance and focusing on myself.

I'm still working on my resolution from 2016 which was to lose weight. in 2017 i started going to the gym. Total weight lost is 130lbs since 2016.

This year i plan to get off these meds im on. Just trying to figure out the best way with work and what not, will need to take a couple weeks off to do it. I got a vacation coming up in July and im thinking I will taper down a few weeks prior to that, detox for a week prior, then take my trip, get out of the state and take my mind off shit for a couple weeks then return refreshed. Might do it sooner though.
