Desean Jackson stupid ass quoting Hitler and Stephen Jackson decided to double down it. Meyers Leonard stupid ass saying Jewish slurs. Kevin Durant getting called homophobic and sexist because of his DM rant. Bucs Cornerback Carlton Davis stupid ass tweeting out Asian slurs. Drew Brees dumbass talking about standing up for the flag and almost had his team revolt. Darryl Morey stupid ass got the NBA banned from China. Kyrie Irving got everybody thinking he is a nutcase.
This just happened the past two years. We can pull up the receipts and go down the list of people in the sports industry, not just Black athletes, saying stupid shit, unsolicited. If you can't articulate yourself, then don't say nothing beyond what's required, that goes for anybody. The ones that don't talk, got all their money and don't get their name dragged through the mud.
Lebron James does a good job of saying what he feel like he needed to say, with no wasted words, even with the China situation, he handled it fine. Doc Rivers does a good job too. Even someone like Charles Barkley, is effective at getting stuff off his chest. Steve Kerr and Greg Popovich are great also.
