From my understanding the Phoenix Joker isn't really part of the DCEU. It's a standalone movie.

I stopped buying comics, can’t keep up.. but when I stopped, which was like a year or more ago, there was 3 jokers.. or so that’s what it seemed,.. idk where it’s at now but maybe that’s what they’re doing?
