I still think the Suns might be willing to go the highest, unless there’s a point guard they are looking to trade for they might be looking at Smart as the the point guard of the future, there’s no one else out there and who they got on the roster Ulis? Bulls could use him in a way the Celtics did, Indiana is a scary thought but why would Dallas be interested? That’s the worst fit imo just another case of Cuban being interested in any name that’s out there whether it makes sense or not
 
Actually a little surprised by this, thought he might test the market since he's not getting any younger....plus Pop was basically bullshitting with his playing time all year but dude is a streaky shooter at best these days and his defense comes and goes
