I honestly don't know how to place Drake.

People call him the GOAT. He's not better than Jay and I think Kendrick beat him in the battle.

That said, Drake has outperformed Jay in his era and is more commercially successful than Kdot. I don't like dude but I can't deny him. I don't know why someone like Drake would even have a claim at being the king of Hip Hop but he does.

If you like or love someone or something you're gonna put a little bit extra on it, if you dislike or hate someone or something you will downplay it at every opportunity. It's human nature. GOAT talk is rarely a conversation that stems from an objective place especially in music which is highly subjective to the listener.
