2026 NBA Offseason Thread

Hard disagree lol

That’s your franchise player and he’ll be better than what Philon will be
He is but Philly is in a weird situation where players have extensions due back to back to back. It's kinda why they are cash strapped now. He will be their best asset to move if needed. 350M is a handcuffing contract.

I get it

I was about to say just wait out Embiid and PG but…lol

They aren’t due to fall off the books anytime soon

I like this for Boston

But for Cleveland?

The fuckery between Jaylen, Harden and Mitchell would be comedy

I agree

For Boston thats an easy move to make imo

I can understand why Cleveland would be interested in this...Cavs issue is that they're soft and cant defend on the perimeter

Its tough though if you still dont win.....trading your young pieces in Garland and Mobley just to get older and still not being able to get it done would be a massive fail

Don't be surprised if it happens.

With these max deals, some of the owners have a different mentality now.

Look what happened to Luka.........Fox.......Butler.......all of them got traded right before they were gonna get a max deal.

All of them were franchise players at the time.

If Maxey was moved the fanbase would riot lol

They were lowkey shitting on him last season.
lol the nerve to have Maxey deal with Embiid and PG being in and out the lineup, dealing with James harden playing there, the shitty roster, carry the burden of keeping the Sixers competitive and you still shit on him

If Houston doesn't take a swing at him their dumb.

Portland should take a swing as well.

Denver should kick the tires.

Atlanta has some great draft capital but im unsure about the fit.

Denver would love to get Jaylen Brown but they dont have enough scratch to be in those kind of conversations

It's the Philly way. I was saving tweets left and right, but then I lost my password and couldn't log back in. The talk was Maxey's record without Embiid, but never Embiid's record without Maxey. They love individuals, not teams. This goes all the way back to the Dr. J days. Let me hush before that one guy comes in here and gets involved.
