I think if you loved it as a kid then you'll probably like it. There were a ton of innuendos and goofy ass moments

There were a couple long scenes that dragged so much it was putting me to sleep but I woke up as soon as the thumping from the action started again

Could not tell that was Jared Leto. Maybe a huge fan will be able to tell from the mannerisms

Idris had some good laughs

People laughed on some of the good humor. Some was cheesy as hell and some just didn't hit. Dude got friendzoned and I lol'd a little too loud maybe. I don't care because that shit was funny

They set it up for a sequel if it gets enough I guess

I think overall it wasn't bad and I'm not really a big He Man fan so like I said fans may love it

This movie has no business being as entertaining as it was for me lol. It didn't take itself too seriously and the comedy landed for me for the most part even some of it was a bit campy and corny. I also liked how vibrant Eternia is with its colors

Skeletor really did steal the show so shout out to Jared Leto. Shout out to Dolph Lundgren for making a cameo and passing the torch

Amidst all the action and comedy, it also touches on what it means to be a man and what we define strength to be

Random but He-Man's drawing of his dad reminded me of the Burger King for some reason

I would be down for a sequel but I can't see this being profitable so thats unfortunate cause they did set up a 2nd film with the midcredit scenes

That sucks I was thinking the same thing. It happened with the Netflix series too they set it up to introduce She-Ra and nothing materialized. Maybe they can continue it as an Amazon series.

But yeah it was a super fun ass watch. I loved that they showcased how really powerful He-Man was at the end. And I’m glad they kept the majority of the movie in Eternia.

I wish when Adam turned into He-Man that Cringer actually was transformed into BattleCat too.
