I'll say this...over the years the number of random "Jay Z helped me out" stories that people randomly tell does actually line up more with the image Jay Z wants to depict of himself that he often has trouble getting across in his own words. When Jay speaks on this stuff he sounds like an arrogant asshole at times. When other people speak on the things Jay does either personally for people or for larger projects it sounds like a different person at times
