U ever had to or came close to squabbling up w a coworker or ur boss?

I choked dude for a quick sec one time. I was working a front door of a club right after covid. There was usually at least 3 of us outside but this particular night I by myself cause we were short staffed. Got into it with these 2 whiteboys and 1v2 is a fair fight to me so I finally get fed up and start getting to it push one dude down get a couple shots on next mans and I guess someone called for one of the guys inside cause mf came out and wrapped his arms around me. I got loose and pinned him against the wall and started choking him. Before one of the owners friends calmed me down.

Once I had time to decompress and the shift was winding down I explained to dude what happened and why I was more pissed at him than the 2 cacs... when he came out and grabbed me mid tussle he put both of us in harms way cause he not only grabbed me he grabbed around my arms leaving both of us defenseless. He didn't have enough time to assess if I was right or wrong or what the situation was so he should have got with me, got between us or stayed out of it.
In his eyes he was just trying to stop me from getting in trouble but he executed horribly and in the heat of the moment I choked him for it, which I of course apologized profusely for. That was crazy lol. He was relatively new to bouncing and just didn't have the wherewithal. I was over it by the time I came in for the next shift but when niggas heard what happened he was kinda persona non grata. He quit a week or two later.

Nah im pretty chill for the most part... I only had to check like one or two folks to let em know no matter what they position is they aint finna talk to me any kinda way.

Once that shit was established we aint have no problems
 
Almost had my girl put hands on the secretary. I texted her telling about all the shit the secretary was saying, starting rumors - mind you, she don’t even know me.

I walked out a meeting 30 minutes later and there she was walking up to the entrance. My guy was like, “yo, there go your girl. Why she got on sneakers?” knowing full damn well what that means 🤣🤣🤣 he’s hella funny.

I had to meet her at the door and tell her to chill. She stared the secretary down. No words. Shit was tense. Then the secretary got up because the copy machine needed paper 🤣 bro said, “how you know the copy machine needs paper? It’s on the other side of the building?” 😂😂😂

Then bro tried to calm my girl down and was like, “why you come up here? Don’t let her get you tight. Her shoes tight enough for all of us. Them ankles rolling out to breathe. Don’t let her get you to make a scene so she can take a vacation”.

There’s always that one worker who is funny as hell 😆😆😆

As much as we go back and forth on here, you would have LOVED if I was the coworker that caught you scrapping with two white boys 😭
 
Yes. At a call center.

We got into it bad and I told let’s go outside. Then I got in face and realized he wasn’t with it.

Ended up apologizing because I went overboard.

He was African too. 🤦🏿Nice guy he really just didn't want any trouble but grabbing me in that situation was some dumb shit. Could've got both of us duffed out or worse. Luckily the whiteboys ducked off cause they would've had me cold once buddy grabbed me.
