BloombergLaw.com is reporting that a Delaware judge ruled today that Vince McMahon and WWE senior leaders “acted recklessly” in allowing Signal messages dealing with WWE's merger with UFC to be deleted and were sanctioned by the court.

This will make it harder for McMahon to defend himself in the upcoming trial that alleges that McMahon manipulated the merger that ended up happening with Ari Emanuel and TKO.

In today's opinion Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster said in his 40-page opinion, “The court will presume the truth of a limited number of facts relating to the conduct and motivations of two defendants: the controlling stockholder and the senior officer who openly encouraged Signal use,” referring to McMahon and WWE President Nick Khan.
 
Former WWE star Joseph Hennig aka Curtis Axel, 46, was arrested in Anoka County, Minnesota on 5/17, PWInsider.com can confirm.

Hennig, a third-generation star, was charged with DUI, listed as Third-Degree Driving While Impaired, refusal to submit to chemical test (Breath or test refusal or failure), Obstructing the Legal Process-Lawful Execution Legal Process, having an open bottle of alcohol in his car and failure to stop after an accident to property that did not involve injury.'

Court records indicate Hennig was released from jail in 5/19.

Hennig departed WWE in 2020 and has only wrestled once since, an independent event in 2025.
 
There will be a pre-trial conference in the criminal case against WWE star Marcel Barthel aka Ludwig Kaiser on 7/16 before Orange County Court in Florida stemming from Barthel's arrest for battery last week.

Of interest related to the case is that WWE star GUNTHER is listed in court documents as having paid the bond to secure Kaiser's release from jail.

Barthel plead not guilty after learning of a warrant for his arrest on charges of battery and traveling from Mexico to Florida to turn himself in to authorities.

Would those previous shareholders get their shares back? Would the TKO deal be voided??
 
Jacob Fatu was seen limping last night after his bout with Solo Sikoa at the WWE live event in Liverpool. We have not yet heard whether he was just selling or not.

As we noted last week in the Elite section, there were some in the company who expected Stephanie Vaquer back in the storyline mix by this weekend. We were told this morning that there were pitches for her for Monday's Raw but as of today, she was not expected to travel to Italy.

Drew McIntyre has completed filming on Highlander in Scotland. McIntyre is playing the brother of the lead character, who is being portrayed by Henry Caville. Dave Bautista is the villain in the film
 
Rhea said the biggest lessons learned involve saying the word “no” more often rather than being such a people-pleaser, and to cut people out of her life who are bringing her down. In order to explain what she meant, Rhea talked about one person in particular whose constant negative presence led her to having a panic attack and collapse at Raw in her home country of Australia last October.
“It was like that for a while. I just couldn’t charge that battery. Because I was going home, and that person was around. I just couldn’t. It was just a dark place.

…The toughest time for me hit when we were in Australia, too. So I had that on my mind. I had the people-pleaser in me trying to see everyone at home. I had me trying to please everyone in Australia because I felt like the face of Australia in WWE. So I was like, I take full responsibility for everything that’s happening here. I take responsibility for how I perform. I take responsibility for how these fans treat my peers. I took responsibility for too much, and I just wanted to make sure everyone was happy. And I was just at such a really low point.

We had the three shows. I had SmackDown, then we had Crown [Jewel], and then we had Raw. By the time Raw was done, I collapsed in catering. Yeah, it was bad. I had a full panic attack. I hadn’t eaten, I hadn’t drank water, my body was shutting down, and I was probably the skinniest I have ever been. And I was just dying. And then that person kept lingering around, just making it worse. My panic attacks were just getting worse. I was like, I can’t do this.

After that trip, I made sure to start putting myself first, and chopping people out completely…I pretty much was like, we’re done here. I can’t give you any more of me. We are done. Don’t ever message me again. Don’t think that we have a friendship. Get the fuck out of my life. That was my breaking point. It felt really, really nice. That was a big lesson for me this past year.”

BREAKING: Former WWE star Enzo Amore is expected to return to the company soon on NXT🚨

It was noted that the plan is for Amore, who was recently spotted at the WWE PC in Orlando to return on NXT very soon after being released back in 2018

This comes after it was previously reported that WWE was very interested in bringing back both Amore and his former Tag Team partner Big Cass back to the company and pairing them together once again

Cass not in AEW anymore?
 
In regard to Becky Lynch saying Sol Ruca was not medically cleared to wrestle, Ruca got banged up at the Saturday Night's Main Event match.

However, WWE sources indicated to PWInsiderElite.com this afternoon that Ruca is traveling to Italy for the Clash in Italy event today.

So, Ruca will be there.
 
Maxxine seems like a lock. Tez maybe but I dunno.

They really need Bronson Reed back.

Also I think they fixin to give Otis and Toyota a random tag title win.
 

Jacob Fatu did get hurt on last night's WWE event in Great Britain, PWInsiderElite.com can confirm.

We can confirm there is concern he may not be cleared in time.

The company is mulling over alternative plans in the event they need to pivot.
