Nope the opposite actually lol and that shit caused me to ✌🏾at other companies before. You leave me alone and let me do what I do for a living and we gonna be alright the results/quality gonna speak for itself.
 
I have been fired multiple times for upholding my principles.

I do not tolerate disrespect.
I do not tolerate being worked above my means
I do not tolerate gossip at work
I DO NOT TOLERATE DISRESPECT

I’ve been fired from call centers, warehouses, and corporate offices

A person ain’t going to fuck me over and disrespect me.

I use to work for HMM directing shipping containers from west coast ports to railroads across the country and got fired because I told the white bitch that was in charge ”you wouldn’t talk me like this on street”
 
Nah, I've been put on a PIP in the past for not being a "team player" and kissing ass like everybody else on the project was. Literally said out loud "Yeah, this is stupid" on numerous occasions when the lead would tell us how we needed to operate and alladat while the rest of them muhfuckas was praising the lead's ideas.
 
Nah. I actually have been spoken too about needing to "show more of my personality" and to be more personable because I tend to just go to my office, do my work and thats it. No going out with coworkers when they get drinks and shit. Only work events I attend are the mandatory ones.

I was like "absolutely, we can clock out right now, go to the parking lot, and I'll show you exactly how stupid I am"

Apparently you can't say that on a federal check point. 😭😭

Not on base either especially as a contractor 😂. He thought shit was sweet and must have forgot we all stayed at the same hotel… caught him while he was outside smoking 😭 he got fired and took that beating had to be a hell of a drive from RI back to AL.

Bruh, so my department was in charge of having docks pick certain trailers to go to certain parts of the US. I was having computers issues so I was just chilling. She asked me can I just answer the phones for another department. She said just answer and take messages

So boom one of the clients was irate that I couldn’t help and she reported me

HMM is a Korean company so they don’t give a fuck about nothing but results. More than half the staff was from Korean so the few white and black folks there felt like they had to hire us.

So the Korean boss told the white manager to talk to me. She got ignorant and disrespectful and I couldn’t with it. Got fired on the spot for “ insubordination” and that white bitch was fighting with unemployment to not pay. Ended up getting it after a few weeks but still

Dumb bitch.
