No Slim Charles slander will be tolerated, he's a DC legend.

He's a side character to the side characters. That's like saying Nipsey from Martin is overrated.

I see what dude is saying but it’s because the wire had such a deep cast of characters and it wasn’t really character focused so you didn’t see many different sides of them

Some you saw 2 sides but that was it

but especially during the later seasons, the sopranos’ characters turned into caricatures mostly
 
that cac hating, or he won't really watching. they showed Bubbles going through the ups and downs of being a junkie. seeing his friend get fucked up and decide to turn on that crew. realizing how bad his life was and trying to turn it around, etc...

McNulty went through phases of being a dirt bag womanizer, to trying to settle down, and how being a detective caused him to go back drinking and being a dirtbag.

D'Angelo kinda growing out of the street life. Wallace and Bodie had some growth. Dookie, i could go on...

but yea because of the abundance of characters, and the main character being Baltimore (lol) is the main reason why its not as much depth in the characters...
