I never got the chance to watch the 2002 MOTU series but when I was a lil kid I stayed watching the original MOTU series and had damn near all the toys. I don't understand why the MOTU Netflix series was just stopped out of nowhere just when Despera was getting ready to be introduced into the story.

Netflix is the culprit they're very funny these days regarding renewals

Nah I like the voice better than the cartoon. Gives him a more menacing presence which is needed in a live action that’s trying to be more grounded than the cartoon. I did notice a slight inflection in his voice at one point though so it will probably be better when we get full lines of dialogue.
 
Skeletor seems solid to me it's only so much you can do lol. They're clearly still basing off the 80s series so there will be campiness for sure.
