Official Wrestling News Thread

With WWE nearing the second season of WWE Unreal, we've been asked by a number of Elite subscribers how the flow of WWE creative currently works.

Obviously, Paul Levesque is the top of the pyramid and gets the last call.

Bruce Prichard and Ed Koskey have tenured voices and handle the operations for the company's creative department.

We are told that currently, Ryan Ward is overseeing the creative agenda for both Raw and Smackdown, described to PWInsiderElite as a "recent adjustment."

On the Smackdown side, Road Dogg Brian James and John Switaka would be the co-leads for the creative process.

On the Raw side, Alexandra Williams is now co-lead with Jonathan Baeckstrom.

There would be additional writers for each brand working underneath them as well.

That is basically the makeup of creative's top tier at the moment.

Yeah b/c those women can whoop azzz too. Lol! I'm for it. WWE "kinda" does it...but not on the level of AEW.

But fans actually wanna see some of the women mix it up wit the men. Why do you think Rhea spearing KO into the barrier....Rhea body slamming Luke Gallows...Lash body slamming Otis got such a reaction from fans? Shyt was an epic moment.

You kinda know which women can get in there dish it out to the men, as well as take it. Roddy slapped the shyt outta Shafir's back is probably foreplay in their household. Lol. Rhea and Willow done proved it. Chelsea and Penta damn near killed each other in their match (also Penta and Iyo). So it all depends.

WWE will never have intergender matches where the guys hitting the women especially with domestic violence running rampant in the real world with athletes

Meh...I don't think age has to do wit shyt. Its mostly about if the company actually sees you as a champion. Do you carry yourself as one. Do you have that "It" factor.

There's only a handful of talent close to his age who has that type of presence. Currently right now...its Bron...Oba...Trick...Evans. But there aren't a whole bunch of them on that roster that has what they have at this very moment. Hence why you see a lot of the "older" vets getting title opportunities and becoming champion. You're more than likely to go with the sure thing, than a younger talent you're still on the fence wit.

Hell...Orton was in his early 20s when they put the belt on him. AND THEN they quickly took it off him. Even Orton himself said he understood why. His immaturity is what caused him to have them take the belt off him. Its lot more that goes into crowning someone just b/c of their age.

Now that shyt Mark Henry said Je'Von will be ready as champion in the next 15 years...oh now he can get AAALLLLLLLLL the way da fucc outta here wit that bs. Smh. Lol

Due to the time difference between Germany and The United States, Smackdown will take place at 2 PM Eastern this Friday. The show will air via tape delay at 8 PM Eastern on The USA Network, but those of you with Netflix internationally (or VPNS) will be able to watch the show live as it happens. The shows would be taking place in the afternoon EST over the next month due to WWE's European tour leading into the 2026 Royal Rumble.

The Royal Rumble 2026 start time on Netflix internationally is 6 PM London time, which would make it 2 PM Eastern here in the United States on the ESPN App. When WWE takes Wrestlemania there next year, that's probably what we should expect for that start time.

That was maybe 7 or so years ago and that's minor. WWE and their sponsors not having dudes put hands and feet on women.
Nah you right but a little move here and there wouldnt hurt them imo. Straight whoopin def a no go
