My s/o actually brought Off Spray. And I ended up buying a can myself at the resort. I was still getting ate up. I literally had to spray the whole balcony deck in order to enjoy some kinda mosquito free peace.

Never had that issue before. Now those sand fleas on the beach that's a whole nother story
 
Anybody ever vacation in Japan? My oldest daughter graduates high school and my wife from her masters program so we’re doing a trip next year, but I have no clue where to start. Outside of the flight of course.

Osaka
If you choose to visit Hiroshima you only need about one day. The bullet train is great to get around.

The cities especially Tokyo are massive so plan what parts you want to visit in advance because you will be spending a lot of time on the train.

Don't do too many temples they get boring quickly I haven't recovered

I was looking at this and didn't go because the Olympics was going on. Costco had a your way Europe trip it was like 3 spots you could choose from. And was like a 14 day trip or so. Need to look back into going there
 
And yall be mindful with the Venezuela thing going on. The Caribbean all suffering from the events going on there
 
Yall need to be careful of those third party sites, like Expedia. Not that they are fake or anything like that. They work. But booking through them sometimes can cause booking issues, with flights or hotels/resorts. If you are not saving a significant amount, I would suggest just booking directly with the hotel website. Especially if you are going somewhere and they are almost booked up.

Going through a third party, customer service is not great and harder to change your booking and canceling can be difficult. Also, booking directly with the hotel or flight can sometimes offer better deals. Always check. Third parties dont always offer the best deals, but a lot of times do.

I have have used third parties multiple times but I dont book through a third party at certain places and times.

I do believe that about third parties in general. I had an issue a few years ago about shoes they were Nikes but I got them through GOAT which is third party and they never delivered them and trying to get a refund for it was headache.

And I like booking direct with stuff just because if something happens I just have to speak with one person or two.

I can agree with this but Costco has been the move for me for a while. Only had one issue with them while traveling. But I believe who ever I went thru during that trip would've been the and reaction to a degree though
 
I got a friend she'll search high and low book several hotels and choose one she gets there some times. So chaotic I ain't got it in me
 
Thinking of doing a last minute joint for a few days next week i need some all inclusive shit... gotta check the validity of my passport 😬
