I found out sitting in the break room at my old job watching Pres. Obama's announcing it. Then I watch my co-worker who's a repuglican wit a blank look on her face b/c Pres. Obama did something Bush never did. So of course she was hatin. Lol!

They eliminated probably the world's most deadliest terrorist who killed 3,000 people on that day. And all she could do was mad b/c it was Pres. Obama...aka...THE BLACK MAN who had Bin Laden's soul sent to hell. Lol.

I remember watching the video clip of Cena announcing it....meh. I felt like he was trying to hard to make it a "movie moment" for himself. Didn't come off authentic to me.

There was a change to tonight's AEW Collision tonight after Nixon Newell and Miranda Alize refused to lose in their second appearance for the promotion, PWInsider.com has learned.

The duo were scheduled to put over Tay Melo and Anna Jay, but balked at the booking because they had already lost in their official debut last week.

The duo left the taping about an hour before belltime and were replaced by Hyan and Maya World. PWInsider.com is told that AEW was appreciative of World and Hyan stepping up and that each gained points internally.

Alize took to Twitter commenting they "have SOOOO much to say." She also re-tweeted fan comments about the team needing credible wins. Newell (as of this article) has not commented herself, but re-tweeted Alize's comment as well as the same fan Tweets.

Newell, formerly Tegan Nox, was released by WWE on 11/1/24 and this past summer, noted she was dealing with a lack of bookings, describing it as "like a nightmare" during an interview.

Newell and Alize, who was formerly a regular in ROH when it was owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group, made their AEW debuts on 10/25.

Neither were believed to be under AEW contract at this juncture.

A recent proposal seeks to turn 1241 East Main Street in Stamford, CT, known for decades as the home of WWE, known as Titan Tower, into 84 upscale apartments, according to The Stamford Advocate.

Real estate firm MB Financial Group purchased the former WWE HQ for $3.75 Million with plans to convert the building into apartment space in January 2025.

The Advocate article noted the building's structure "would get a makeover, with a new exterior of limestone and aluminum being proposed." but the existing "curtain wall" of glass would remain." The plan has not yet been scheduled for review by Stamford's land-use agencies, so there is no timetable for this happening.

WWE moved into Titan Tower in 1985, when they acquired the building. Beyond housing the company's offices for many years, WWE has filmed many vignettes and a Super Bowl commercial at the Tower, even hosting an entire episode of Monday Night Raw from the Tower when a blizzard shut down the entire State of Connecticut. They also taped the 2020 Money in the Bank Ladder Matches in the Tower, sending talents all over the building en route to the roof, where the matches climaxed:
