What is the point of the thread then? Was everyone supposed to come in here and say "ok"? Nothing more than a article with a clickbait title that was either disingenuous or didn't look to actually look to show evidence of what it asserted got the reactions it intended to imo.

The article, I read it before posting the eye roll gif, because the article had nothing to do with its title and that was a direct reaction to it. This is also why my very next post was saying AP didn't read it before posting it.

I read it and came away with the women they interviewed spoke on their dating woes and it's gotten to the point where a lot of women prefer to be alone because the men they have dealt with aren't bringing any positive experiences or benefits to their lives thus making their lives worse in the process

It's a message board we here to discuss so that's what we're gonna do

Dating is tough in general, dating apps are even worse if you're looking for something substantive. I tell anyone, man or woman, if they're having trouble, get off them shits.

It has it's pros and cons. Also depends on the app you use and your intent. I have had many dates from an app. None of my dates were bad. Some connections were one date and some lasted longer. Some times, chemistry is just not there, but the women I met were not terrible.

It probably works best for busy or introverted people. Or people who dont go out often. Also, if a person doesnt mind long distance, it opens up the dating pool for them if they dont like their current area.

hmmmm...if one of their requirements is they would like a man who is emotional intelligent and it turns out after several interactions, he is clearly not based on patterns and actions clearly exhibited by him, and she expresses this, I would say she has explained it

If and this is a small if, the same situation where the man failed at displaying emotional intelligence, if that woman who has labeled that man as bad or failing to have emo intelligence, if she was put into a situation 20 times where she had to display emotional intelligence, would she go 20 out of 20? I'm sure in a relationship, it's going to be more than 20 times that a person is going to be in that position but I'm using 20 as a measurement, will she, the one that has been given the most emotions of the 2 creatures by the universe/most high, will she pass or fail the test.

Yeah, that's exactly it: The headline was clearly click bait. Yeah, I had something to say about the article itself, but even that long post with the pic was really me getting at how it would be impossible to correlate the article's headline with the article's actual content, thus my disbelief that it had been read.
