very rare I come across a fridge that doesn't have an integrated icemaker these days

They're out there. I know 'cause I'm looking for a new fridge right now. The one that was left in the house by the previous owner is now making crazy noise whenever the compressor runs, which ain't all that often, but the shit is obnoxious. I was looking to see what's out there and a lot of these top-freezer models don't have an ice maker by default, which is forcing me to stop being a cheap-ass and getting a side-by-side freezer so I can get an ice maker and filtered water joint on the door.

... I'm also gonna get a new Kenwood car stereo for the ride since I'm financing the shit.
