I don't shame anyone for doing that. I honestly believe dating within your race is the natural thing to do, and in most cases, should be where you find your best options. That said, I don't fault anyone for finding love somewhere else, and I don't really understand why other people do.

The only race-mixers I bash are the ones that go to another race because they believe their race is inferior. Those people are coons.

I also recognize she, as a result of her doing things outside of hip hop may have been afforded opportunities to meet people she wouldn't have otherwise and can see how she meets a white man. I would still contend she can find a black man in those same spaces that are miles better than the pieces of shit black men she encountered early on

Isn't her guy a billionaire or something close? When that's the level you're operating on, the dating pool is small. Also, I'll say this, about white men and women that are truly interested in being with a black person. I'm not talk about the ones that just want sex or are interesting in black people because of some stereotype or fetish. I'm only talking about the white people who are interested in a particular black person. They put more effort into pursuing that person. They basically know they have a barrier to climb so they go the extra mile. That's how they can sometimes seem like a better option even when other black people are there at the table.

I could understand this sentiment if she just completely wrote brothers off, but to the best of my knowledge that ain’t the case.

I get having a type and a preference but sometimes life just says “fuck that, here’s some serendipity.”

We're not talking about people like you, who have chosen to make a concerted effort to stick to black women. We're talking about dudes that prefer black women but aren't opposed to being with a non-black woman if the right one came along. It's not that surprising that some white women can win out with dudes like that. I work with this guy who admitted that the reason he's with a white chick is because she was the first woman in his life to ever actually approach him and show interest in him. If you're a dude that's burnt out from chasing black women with no success, something like that is going to make a difference.
