@Northside7 one key trait these Pep disciples failed to take from him is his bravery. U have pointed this out for years, but it took me watching Maresca week in week out to notice this.

They do the tactical shit and can come up with interesting lineups, but when it comes to taking risks, their balls shrivel, smh.

@Blue_London I still like Maresca. His game prep seems legit, he is tactically flexible and his man management has been on point for the most part. But being a coward is such a difficult thing to overcome in such a competitive league, especially when things are not going your way (injuries etc).

Young manager though, hopefully he grows some balls or Estevao saves us.

I do agree with this I think his stubbornness is a big issue as well....... Having said that I'm looking at my boy flick doing miracles
