I realized that I need to use milk for the shakes. Water just doesn’t do it for me.

The shake with that vegan protein powder was really good and I added blueberries to it. Very filling
Use almond milk to cut the calories and fat content from cow milk

I use frozen mixed berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry) with my meal replacement shake. That and 4oz of Bolthouse Farms Berry Goodness mixed with 4oz of almond kool aid instad of water.

Pendulum squats damn near took me out yesterday

Started seeing spots and had to sit my ass down a good 15 to stop the room from moving lol
 
Broke out my old shoes and practiced with my son last night.

Everything hurts. Badly.
 
Figured this thread would be best for an answer. Does anyone use a powder electrolyte? I've heard of liquid iv

All 4 flavors are delicious. Might be too sweet for some but I love it. I tried this other variety pack Nectar but all of them had no taste
 
Sooooo I tried a soul cycle class yesterday and I don't think it's thing for me. One my homegirl 😿 is sore and the playlist was trash so there was no soul in the cycle. Next up is a Barre class....
