You d think his attorney would have allowed this type of evidence to be suppressed without making a huge deal of it

All of a sudden there's a video that an Asian girl took....and 4 years later this video resurfaces to exonerate Tory.....


If anything it would prove Kelsey a liar....

It's either him or her...


He in jail because he didn't take the stand and the Jury found him guilty

So if he claiming he ain't have nothing to do with it, that he was actually trying to stop Kelsey 😒 from shooting meg ....there wasn't enough evidence for the Jury (7 women and 5 men) to believe him

But If there is some new damning evidence that's real... I do hope Tory get out and this experience has helped him be better. I loved Tory's music,

Some bullshit. I'm not a fan of Tory's in the least bit, but if there was evidence he ain't do it this whole time then he got fucked over.
