I can think of plenty of reasons to bring back Punk that have nothing to do with AEW. Most of which involve $$$.

Folks for some reason view him as less then when its obvious he brings alot with him outside the drama. WWE doesnt need him goes for literally anybody on the roster imo, but WWE does need stories and Punk would make alot of interesting ones that would draw.

Like i said before fuck all that emotion bs, money talks and wrestling is all about telling a story.
